Peat moss (Sakata seeds co., Japan)   Screening on the agar medium   Observing the form of one- to two-weeks-old seedlings on the 1/2 OS medium with 1.5% agar. About 20 seedlings were observed for each M1 line.   Screening on the peat moss   Observing the form of two- to three-weeks-old seedling. About 30 seedlings were observed for each M1 line.   Observing the form of the adult phenotype   After observations on the agar medium and the peat moss, one to three seeding were transplanted on soil.
