We would like to inform you of upcoming changes to our fees related to the adoption of an updated 3D Secure and additional charges for international shipments.

Updates to Fees:

Credit card transaction fees:
Due to the mandatory implementation of an updated 3D Secure (2.0), credit card transaction fees will increase by 2 yen per transaction. This adjustment reflects the rising costs associated with improved security measures.

Phytosanitary certification processing fee for international shipments:
For orders requiring international shipping, an additional processing fee of \4,000 for phytosanitary certification will be applied.

The revised rates will take effect from April 2025. The updated fee structure will be reflected on the website.
